Mr. Ian Lockhart
 Mr Lockhart spent his early working life in the Royal Air Force, serving in Britain and the Far East. After leaving the RAF, he went into banking for a few years before joining the British Diplomatic Service. After postings to New Zealand and Pakistan, he studied the Arabic language and history for two years at the Middle East Centre for Arabic Studies in the Lebanon. From then on until he retired in Cairo, he worked and headed many Embassy departments in various Arab capital cities with one break in The Hague. Throughout his career in the Diplomatic Service, Mr Lockhart was involved with Anglo Arab trade and development. In certain countries he also had responsibilty for British aid work in that region. He was awarded an MBE in 1969 for his work in the Sudan. Regional General Manager
Mr. Abdulla Elmaazi
 Mr. Elmaazi joined Trakon as Regional General Manager based in Cairo in 2001 after the merger of his company Sigma Consult and Trakon Mr. Elmaazi founded Sigma Consult in 1964 a Dublin based training and Consultancy Company with a regional marketing office in Athens Greece. He managed to achieve significant expansion through sales and marketing initiative within a short space of time. With a core training team of twenty technical instructors Sigma Consult provided training to blue chip companies in the region such as Aramco and Petromin in Saudi Arabia, N.O.C., Sirte Oil Company, Veba Oil Company, Zueitina Oil Company and Waha Oil Company in Libya, K.O.C. and K.N.P.C. in Kuwait, and A.D.N.O.C and A.D.GAS in the U.A.E.
Mr. Elmaazi's previous experience includes senior executive positions in the human resources departments at both Occidental and Um Aljawaby oil companies. He studied Social Sciences at York University and Management at the University of Bradford.
