These are some of our instructors:

Mr. E. Berlie
Mr. Berlie has conducted major studies related to ultra high gas developments.  He has served as a project manager where responsibilities centred on the management of the mobile artic island project including market preparation of proposals and engineering studies.  Mr. Berlie’s speciality work is on sour gas operations and environmental impact studies.   He is also an expert witness on sour gas operations.

Mr. W. Foster Pegg
A registered professional engineer with degrees in both mechanical and electrical engineering, Mr. Foster Pegg is active in the International Cogeneration Society and the Institute of Mechanical Engineering.  He holds a number of patents for developments in the gas turbine field and has published an impressive array of articles.

Mr. J. Halliburton
Mr. Halliburton holds a BSc. and a MSc. in Chemical Engineering as well as a diploma in Business Administration.  His experience in the industry is wide ranging.  He has served as a gas plant engineer, a division gas engineer, a gas process design engineer and a senior engineering specialist for companies such as Imperial Oil Ltd, Esso Resources and Canada Ltd.

Mr. A. E. Wallace
Mr. Wallace has spent most of his time in Canada working as a completions engineer for Hudson Bay Oil Gas and other Canadian and foreign operations.  He spent two years as production advisor to the Pakistan Oil and Has Training Institute and conducted training courses in Africa, China, Pakistan and Canada.

Mr. R. G. Newell
Mr. Newell holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists.  His professional experience spans more than a dozen countries ranging from the Canadian Artic to north and central Africa and the Middle East.

Mr. J. Morris
Mr. Morris has more than thirty years of international maintenance experience covering a range of industries including petrochemical, mining, automobiles, utilities, light manufacturing, textiles and building complexes.   He has held supervisory, planning and management positions in various organisations.  He has trained personnel in maintenance programs for more than ten years working throughout the Middle East, Far East the US and Europe.

Mr. R. Dobberthein
Mr. Dobberthein has an impressive background in safety and safety training with more than thirty years experience in the field.  He has worked as a training professional in virtually all phases of the petroleum industry.  Mr. Dobberthein has trained many different levels of personnel from recently graduated employees to senior management levels.  He has also served as safety officer to the Canmar Beaufort Sea Project and as manager of the Accident Prevention Program for Dome Petroleum.
